Our newest practice, and the one we’ve been most deliberate about scaling slowly. We hire senior product designers, design leaders, senior product managers, and Heads of Product across the UK’s most ambitious technology companies.
We do not hire junior or mid-level designers or product managers. We do not work on traditional UX/UI roles at agencies. The practice exists because the senior end of design and product hiring is genuinely under-served by the existing market — most firms working in this space are generalists, and the conversations at Principal Designer or Head of Product level deserve specialists.
Where we focus
Principal and Lead Designers — the most senior IC track in product design. The designers who shape design systems, hold the cross-cutting product decisions, and partner with engineering leadership on the foundational work.
Design Leadership — Heads of Design, VPs of Design, and the small number of CDO-level appointments in the UK each year.
Senior Product Managers and Heads of Product — particularly in technically substantive domains like developer tools, fintech, and AI. We are picky about the briefs we take in this area — most senior product hiring is well-served by generalist firms, and we take on the searches where the technical and craft demands genuinely warrant specialist work.
